Pretty bad... I had a work event right beforehand where I ate a bunch of pizza, soda etc. but decided to go running anyway since tomorrow is probably out. So heart rate was up before I even left for the gym and it was a struggle to keep it low at all while there.
Dropped all the way down to 4.8 at the end to get down to mid 160s from a high of 170.
Legs were feeling iffy at times too.
Hopefully that was just an anomaly and w5d1 will be better, otherwise I should probably be repeating w4.
