Notes

Groin felt tired after yesterday's mile trial - I guess I don't use that muscle as much just shuffling along.

First day trying ~11:00 min/mile which is what McMillan suggested for easy.

Didn't seem too bad, but I'll drop back to 12:00 for tomorrow's easy run or until the groin feels a bit better.
