Took it really easy (5.0 runs) since last time was rough. Felt good.
Heart rate was good almost all the time but was starting to spike a little towards the end. Really just touched 165, wasn't there for any significant time.
Timing/distance for these is not an exact science. I'm counting warmups (since my brain doesn't seem to be able to remember all 4 #s) but not counting cooldown. Once I start doing solid runs, I might switch to ignoring warmups - or adding them and cooldowns in separately.
