c25k w7d2. Did my regular 5.0 until the 23 minute mark.

Then turned it up to 7.5, then 8.0 then 8.5 trying to see if I could find my max heart rate. I got to 191 but felt there was room to go. Didn't want to hurt myself, so quit at that point... so max is def more than 190. 195 maybe?
