Notes for this and the hard run:
More of a mix of easy and hard.
This was in a gym in the copley mariott which was ridiculously hot. Must have been 85 and humid with no moving air. It was connected to a pool which probably explained that.
First mile was a 5.4 and I was feeling worse than I should, so I dropped to 5.2 for the 2nd mile. At that point I was still sweating like crazy and heart rate was way up so I said screw it and ran the last mile fast.
