plan was to do 2 sets of 1200, 1600, 1200. after the first mile, it became clear that this is not the best workout to do when it is 90 degrees and humid. so we aborted and instead ran 4x200, then 8x100 (jogged corners, sprinted straightaways). still a hard workout.
