U have to be kidding me, 60 degrees at the end of October for a morning run with 100% humidity???? Come on!! Really? I took a peak at the weather f/c for Marathon day and it does not look as cold as I want it. Temps will be in the 50s. I will keep checking temps again later in the week. Too early to tell.
I felt very good today but it was warm and could feel humidity impacting my heart rate. Avg HR was 140 with 7:59 pace. Also I checked my resting HR and it is 50 bpm this morning.
I am ready for NY and reducing mileage gradually. No injuries or pain to report.
