Felt much better!!! Only did 2 miles to make sure there was not much pain in my quad. First mile I did at a very easy 6.0 mph on treadmill. The first half of the second mile I did at 7.0, then tested the engine at 7.5 mph with the last half lap at 8.0 mph. It felt so good to move fast and engine is better than ever!! : )
I felt such an extra boost of energy today and excited about the upcoming races. I hope I can be 100% for Chicago ( I would settle for 80% right now). I am planning a test drive this Sunday that will help me decide what to do on race day.
