Amazing run in NYC and the company was great : ). Just love going to the city for long runs. 22 miles at 7:40 pace. No cramps and felt fine. Quads and calfs are a bit sore but no injuries. I took last two days off since my lower left calf was hurting. Calf felt great today. Only 14 days left for NYC marathon. I just need some tuning and tapering for the next two weeks.
