Notes

Groin has been feeling funny but I'm feeling way too pumped up on running and training to take another day off :(

so i went with my instincts and ran 3 miles super super easy. My groin definitely doesn't feel worse, but now I'm getting to remember that old injury fear that comes with the territory of training. I believe that everything will be fine, and I'm gonna take it as a healthy reminder to slow down training and build slowly when I get to new mexico. Besides the groin, the run felt great. Its 63 degrees and overcast, flat, and sea level, the perfect kind of conditions to run fast (minus the humidity)
