Notes

very short because of hamstring and knees.

2 sets of PT upper body exercises * 15 reps

Full stretch set.

Massage stick thighs

2 sets *about 30 seconds * melt ball soft on hamstring. Maybe I'm aggravating it with the massage?

Knees- worse than average, not as painful as friday. Didn't feel like I could do slant board w/ out pain in R knee. They feel... scratch and poppy

Hammy- Worse than usual.. sore when running. Yet got through 4 awesome sprints w out real pain. Aching today as I was driving, hip joint did some major popping and it felt better

arms-- Feel awesome! Not bothering me except for a tiny bit. And then i just stretch and it gets better

Pinky-- A little better-- played guitar for a while and it was fine, for about 10 min. but now its aching right by the main joint with the hand. the diffuse pain seems to be gone, now more local

Shoulder-- Ached a tiny tiny bit after run, otherwise fine. The right shoulder feels awkward when I do the exercises.
