Notes

2 sets of band work--- to fatigue both times, fairly challenging w/ green band and 9-15 reps

full stretch set--- might want to stretch lats and obliques too... otherwise hit almost all muscles and felt better after

Massage on knees

3 sets of 10 on orange ball hamstrings--- right hamstring still felt tight and painful

Knees- On run knees were not feeling right, the right knee felt painful and bothering especially

Groin/hammy-- Still a lingering ache right below glute, and felt tight and immoblie during run. Stretched and used massage stick, not melt ball

Shoulder-- did not notice anything in 8:30 run. Good stuff!

Pinky-- have been tentatively using, flexing... still aches at times, not terribly painful but enough to scare me. Maybe main issue is fear?

Voice--- still a little worn down after I talk... seems to be improving especially from 2 weeks ago.

Arms-- better still, start getting a little achy after about 30 minutes of typing... better after stretching

Everything felt awful last night after slumping in the couch.

Better after moving, stretching...
