Hazy and humid...Nasty conditions for this run...Slightly cloudy skies greeted me Nick, Richard and Brad...Made up the route as we went...rolling to hilly the whole run...Running past the vehicles at 9 almost broke my heart...Last mile was the hillest,,,Got it in though...Good week...
