workout was 13 x 300. was worried going in that this nagging cold would affect me but it didnt seem to. they brought out some parachutes and suggested doing a few 100s on the football field with them. never done that before so i did 11 x 300 then two with the parachute. strange sensation, the faster you go and harder you push, the more resistance you get, which slows you down so by going faster you slow down. one of my calf's felt tight after the second one so i decided to shut it down at that point.

was really happy with my 300s that i climbed perfectly, getting a second faster almost every time. splits...
