Notes

Slept well, woke up with sharp pain in my right hip which went away as the day progressed. Left calf is still tight.

Did 30 mins on exercise bike, then 3.7m progression run (stopped short of 4 because of tightness in shins/left calf).

1m @ 8:00 pace, 1m @ 7:30, 1/2 @ 7:00, 1/2 @ 6:30, 0.7 @ 8:00

Shins were very tight throughout. A little better at faster tempo. Legs were a little "dead" during the last mile, but hip hurt less than usual, though still achy. Right knee was ok.
