Beach run at Nantasket. Was hungover and dehydrated, but felt good until the last half mile or so. Hip ached a little, but was much better. Nice and sunburnt!
Progessively faster splits since I felt good: 7:57, 7:46, 7:54, 7:22, 6:57, 6:57. Probably 10-15 slower than the effort since I was running on sand.
