Felt as if I could never catch my breath today...DP was 75!
HR was on the higher side - average was fine but got above 80% HRR at the end...
Pace of 10mpm is about on par with easy pace of 9:40 and then adding 20 sec/mile for the heat (20 deg above 60 = 20 sec/mile).
