* Took Choc. GU after 5 miles w/ some water
* Planned to run miles 6 and 7 at goal pace and continued to feel good
* Last mile was supposed to be slow and wasn't
* Not sure if it was the GU or the 40 sec. break to take it and the water that helped today
* Temperature was also pleasant early this AM
