Farily strong headwind the last mile + (as can be seen with HR). HR was about 5-7 BPM higher than normal. Didn't sleep well last night and maybe a factor?
On a side note, resting HR is now near 43-44. It was 47-48 last time I checked in March.
Legs were feeling it much more. Did the long 12 mile loop that took me up the hills on Campbell.
