Legs 8/10 - felt pretty good throughout.
Positive splits - a function of starting a bit fast and the route - downhill first half and uphill 2nd half.
Will try next run to stay a bit slower first half and keep pace 2nd half. All miles under 8:45 but mile 5 (just 2 sec over).
Right around mile 4, same as with a 10K, pace wants to drop off and had to focus a bit more to maintain pace. HR got high about this point (175).
