Using 194 as Max HR now (adding 4 beats to old measured max of 190). Trying to follow MAF now as well.
180 - 34 (age) = 146 BPM +5 = 151. This is spot on 70% HRR - where I have been trying to run the last 2 weeks.
Splits were - 11:26 / 11:32 / 11:29 / 11:29 / 11:22 / 10:55.
Hoping after 8 weeks these paces will all be in the low 10 minute range while staying under 151 BPM.
