Was a harder effort than I hoped. Only had 6 hours sleep and had my 10 w/ 8 hard 36 hours before.
First mile was breathing hard. Settles in a bit after that. Fairly sure that isn't an effort I can sustain for 13.1 right now in similar conditions. The temps were cool but no breeze and humid.
