Ran shorter loops as thunderstorms were nearby.

Took e-Gel at 7 miles.

Hip started hurting around 8.5 miles. Focused on relaxing and "flowing" and running more on mid/fore foot. Picked up pace as well and seemed to help.

Ran started at 7 miles and cooled me off and allowed pace to improve while keeping HR under control.
