Rt Hip got a twinge near mile 3 going downhill. Stopped to stretch real quick at mile 6 when I got water.

Right leg was a little numb - similar to late miles of a 20 miler but kept rolling.

Pace a bit too fast but HR stayed in the low 160's even for the latter miles.
