5 mile TT - wore shorts and l/s shirt - a bit chilly but never got hot. 1.5 mile out and back and then a 1 mile out and back.
7:18 [168 - 80%HRR]
7:20 [177 - 86%HRR]
7:07 [179 - 87%HRR]
7:29 [180 - 88%HRR]
6:54 [180 - 88%HRR]
The wind was a factor as well as the hills. Can see it especially in miles 4 and 5. Same HR but much faster pace -- granted I kicked it in the last 1/4 mile.
Pleased with the effort for a TT. On a calmer day maybe I could go sub 36.
