A bit faster than the 8:20 Goal pace.
HR seemed steady around 159 then jumped to 165 at 10 miles.
Legs felt a bit heavy starting around mile 6/7 - wasn't a good sign. This passed thankfully, as did my right foot pain. Quads were a bit sore on the downhills.
24oz Gu Brew and 1 eGel. The gel at 7 miles and the drink before and at 3/5/10 miles.
Not sure I have 2x the distance in me at this pace. A good taper and a few more weeks of training might do the trick!
