2 x [400SI(100), 1200CI(200), 2400PI] with 5 minutes recovery between sets.

Legs felt good throughout. Had to dig a bit towards the end of the PI intervals. No cardio issues, more getting the legs to turnover.

Effort never got much past a 6.5
