Notes
Long run minus 1.5 miles. Started at my house and ran all the way past the high school to the stitching post in Northvillle.
Felt smooth the entire run, fluxuating in pace from 7:30 t0 7:00 then faster on the end miles back home since i was running late for work.
Got stopped by not 1, not 2, BUT 3 Friendly, fluffy stray dogs that i had to stop and help resuce, helped put one in this ladies garage which was creepy, but she said i was a nice young man. Then after 20 mins of that, got back ont he run and saw the 3rd dog, but it ended up running back to its property. Then i saw Alex Prasad so we talked for a bit then realized i had to get back.
Good run over all, nice pace, working from 10-6 so i'm glad i got it over with.
