45 min run for the day with Alex Prasad. Started at Novi High school and ran to the middle school (22:30min out) and back. Used the new Nike GPS watch that i got to test out for a couple of days since Chad at work gave it to me to use and give him feed back, but i really like it! $200 dollar watch with my discount knocks off 60 bucks so i'll maybe try and get it for my birthday. i really like the tap screen and the manual through it is really simple.
Pretty fast pace today, but thats okay after they got roasted by miles yesterday. Nothing to much hard that i couldn't handle.
