Notes

Jogged to a straight away on the sidewalk and did 4x200 at 29 pace.

Really worked on form mapped it out and was hitting the pace spot on.

4x200 at 29-31 for all of them plus a min jog in between.

This really emptied my tank and torched my quad muscles, but it felt good!
