Haulin Aspen Trail Marathon in Bend, OR. Winded from the elevation but felt okay most of the time. Calf cramp in the last 3 miles. Groin started cramping too. Took a salt tablet. Maybe I cramped due to the heat/dry air and no food for 5+ hours?
