Took bus into bouler and ran back to Highway 72 bus stop. Took baseline to chataqua to mesa trail. mesa trail was closed so I went down to Ncar and followed the roads to Shanahan trail then back onto Mesa trail. Mesa trail to Eldorado springs to Dowdy draw to Spring Brook Loop South to irrigation channel road to 93. Followed 93 to bus stop. felt pretty sick after finishing
