Knee hurt, quad hurt, so rather than deal with the hills on Kettletown, I just turned around & came back. Everything hurt WAY WORSE on the cool down, then there was a slipping feeling in my knee, so I cut it short. This was a horrible bust. So fucking mad. Possibly coming back (down Hulls Hill) was the bad idea & did more damage. I don't know. No swelling or redness, just LOTS of pain.

2 up (knee felt like there was a thick wrap around my leg, weird, but not exactly painful), 5 tempo (this was cut to 4, and hardly a tempo pace - knee began to feel very uncomfortable, which was weird because faster paces typically feel better. I know my stride was off because my hips/low back felt very tight), 2 down (serious pain & something moved so I just stopped - cut short to about a mile).
