15 min warm up, 5 x 3mins at 5k pace (goal as close to 6:00 miles as possible, considering hills) with 1 min walk/jog rest, 15 min cool down. Was hoping to hit a full half mile on each rep, but not quite there. Still, a good workout, felt very controlled. No knee pain.
