4x600m (2:10 target) with 200m recovery, 800m jog, 4x400m (1:20 target) with 200m recovery, 800m jog, 4x200m with 100m recovery. VERY hot & humid on the track, oppressive humidity. Wore compression brace on ankle & achilles pain was significantly better. Rather surprised I had this much speed in me despite how I felt.
