Notes
Threshold is uncomfortably close to race pace. Fitness took a bit of a dive in the last week and a half....oops. Period GUSHED in the second half of this run - ugg. Some cramps on the cool down.
2M warm up. Knee a bit stiff, but over all relaxed and okay.
2x2M at 6:30/mile target with 2 min rest (walk). A bit frantic feeling, and definitely fell off pace & umph at the end of each segment. Not too worried about this since I did take a long break & haven't done speed.
12:44 first set, 13:18 second set (with hills!) Pace should have felt easier, but I did (mostly) hit it.
2M very easy cool down. Hamstrings very tight on this, especially on down hills.
