Notes

Ran the same loop as yesterday with the same shoes in the opposite direction. Yesterday's loop was mostly down hill, today's was mostly up hill. I wanted to test my knee on hills. Going up is FINE. Going down is HORRIBLE. This is seriously annoying at this point. Whole left leg (hamstring & inside of quad) cramping at 3.5 miles. Just not sure how to fix it at this point.
