Maybe it's the trail?! Fine on the pavement to start, then at mile 3 the sharp, pulsing, electric shock feeling started up again, so I decided to cut it short at 8 miles (from 10), but then as soon as I hit the pavement again it went away. Last mile was quick to test out speed to see if it caused any issues (nope!) - fast is good, pavement is good, slow sometimes is bad, soft surface is bad.
I am digging these new shoes though!
