20min warm up (2.33M), 3x1200m @6:00 pace with 90s recoveries, 5:00 @7:15 pace (.69M), 3x1200m @6:00 with 90s recoveries, 20min cool down. THIS WAS AWESOME. A lot of work & very hard, but I think I did very well & hit paces (adjusted for hills). The second set was harder and slower due to fatigue & going up hill, but I pushed through okay. Perhaps next cycle I'll be strong enough to either negative split or add a third set.
