15k road race. Not my best performance/execution of a race, but my time was right where I predicted. Went out too hard on the first down hill/mile. Took a gel before race & had a sugar crash about 20 mins in. Awful dizzy feeling. Hard to care about the rest of the race, but managed to pull myself together after the turn around. Didn't finish as strong as I would have liked. Won a jacket though, so I'm okay!
This race as a per-assesment for marathon training to see what I need to work on.
