Messed up the pyramid workout that was preset in my watch by hitting a button, so instead of figuring out the math for a 3,2,1, I just did 2 by 3 miles with a 3 min recovery at half marathon pace (6:35). Difficult with some hills, but not impossible. HR surprisingly low. Weather felt amazing.
