Notes

8x800m with 200m walk/jog recovery. VERY windy & cold. Wanted to stop at #3 but pushed on. Target of 3:05, which was so hard to hit in the wind gusts. Managed it for the most part. Hip still very stiff. Found a lacrosse ball to massage it out.
