Intention was to do this as a "tempo" workout close to 6:15 miles or just under 19:00. Got a little carried away in the first mile then was hit with an incredible side stitch at the turn around. I knew the pace was unsustainable, but tried to hang onto it. Ended up letting it go & just running it in. In the end I came somewhat close to the over all goal, but did not perform this as planned and I'm a little upset with myself about that. Need to have more restraint in the future.
