10M 7:35-7:45 pace (perhaps this was a bit too fast & I should have cooled it a bit?), 6M 6:45-6:55 pace. Could NOT hit pace in the first two miles and rather than struggle & fade out, I decided to do 2x3M with a 1M recovery. Second set was on pace & felt much better. Glad I chose to break it up instead of quit. Got all the miles in, even if it wasn't perfect.
Left calf very tight and never really loosened up. Thankfully tomorrow is a yoga day!
