Notes
Started out a lot later than I wanted to, but it was pretty easy to get to the place. A lot more pavement than my legs were ready for - thankfully I brought compression socks to wear on the drive home. Overall pretty decent & held a nice pace. Workout was to run easy for 2.15 - figured at about 8:15 pace I could do 16 miles. This is my longest long run since April/May. Glad to get it done! Definitely worth the pumpkin spice latte at the end :-)
