3M warm up, 13M at MRP, 2M cool down. UFF this was hard in the last few miles. Around mile 7/8 left upper hamstring got knotted and outside of right knee uncomfortable but it seemed to work itself out. Very stiff hips/glutes after driving home. Averaged exactly 6:50 pace on half marathon portion, yay! Took a Clif Shot gel at mile 9 - tough to swallow & did slow me down some, but it didn't cause GI or crashing issues. Will try more next time.
