Home to Brandi Fenton, then across the Alvernon bridge to the crosswalk @ Kleindale, and back. Workout was: 3 minute warm up, 3 minute rest, then 3x 10 minutes w/ ~3 minute rests. 33 minutes running, total. First mile was brutal...they got better.
