Interval Comment: Tylersville to Pheasant Hill to Red Mill back to Cinnamon Woods Sub to Len's house and back home
Comment: Great run. Felt good. Len thought we ran at a 7:30 pace for about 7 miles. I ran back from Len's house. Saturday evening I started having very annoying back pains in the middle of my back. Sunday was also bad.
