First run in 8 days. Took some time off to try and help my right foot heal. Started a prednisone dose pak on Thursday last week and just took my last dose this morning. Still taking Celebrex twice per day to also help with inflamation of my metatarsal joints. Everthing I have been doing seems to have helped. I was sluggish this morning and felt overall heavy and winded, but no real foot pain with the exception of my toes getting very cold. Overall it was good to be back out. I bought some over-the-counter orthotic insloles (Powerstep-Pinnacles) yesterday but did not use them this morning. Going to work into them. My dr is going to try and build up my insole just behind my metatarsals to try and lift them up a little. This is the poor man's way of making a custom insole.
