184lbs...weight's creeping up. I had an epi-dural shot into my back this morning to try and releive the sciatic nerve pain I have been dealing with since 8/27/05. By evening, I could tell the medication was working. My right hamstring quit throbing and felt great. The throbing pain in my right hip joint was also gone for the most part. So, I'm very hopeful at this point that the injection is going to knock out the sciatic nerve pain until I injure it again. The pain DR. didn't have a problem with me running again after my symptoms were gone.
